With the basic membership, you receive a weekly lesson with your instructor that's tailored just for you! Upon registration, you will have access to your student portal where you can view your lesson calendar, studio events, and pay your membership through our easy billing system.
Lessons are reserved for you, and you alone, so if you no-show or cancel your lesson, you will not receive a make-up credit to reschedule your lesson.
A 24-hour notice is required for an excused absence.
In the case of an emergency, the instructor will check to see if he/she has any availability to reschedule you to, but a make-up lesson is not guaranteed.
